Decembers Projected Market

       Hopefully everyones weekend is off to a great start. For the past 6 months or so I've noticed a flip in our local market. On average a healthy market should have 5-6months worth of inventory, currently in many parts of the DFW and surrounding neighborhoods I'm noticing less than 2 months worth of inventory. Neighborhoods that were selling estates on an average of 94 days on market last year are now selling properties in less than 9-23days. Simply, right now interest rates are extremely low and there are more buyers then sellers.
