I will try not to make this review to long because it may discourage folks from reading it, but in all honesty I cannot say enough about the level of service I received from Joseph. From the beginning Joseph demonstrated a first-class level of client service. He was extremely patient and diligent about ensuring we found a place that was well suited for our needs and desires. We viewed quite a few homes together and I never felt unnecessary pressure from Joseph to hurry and select something. In fact, he was always candid about the pros and cons of each home we toured and provided great feedback and sound judgment on the properties. This brings me to his level of knowledge about the area he covers and immense expertise of the market as a whole. Joseph has a great understanding about the real estate industry and I felt confident in the guidance he provided us. He was patient with us and answered any and every question we posed thoroughly. He maintained the same level of patience and superb client service during our closing process. Our closing was not one of the simple ones. Practically any and every hurdle that could possibly happen during a closing happened during ours. Joseph guided us every step of the way and was very diligent about helping us sort out the issues. He was extremely responsive when we needed him and he made us feel like we were his favorite client. :-) He handled all of the negations well and did his absolute best to ensure we were happy. As I stated, I literally cannot say enough about Joseph and I feel so blessed that we crossed paths with him when we decided to start looking for a home.
